Your People

We have started working with the Your-People team in 2022. We had tried several membership products prior to talking to them and haven't been able to find one flexible enough to address our various needs. Since then, we have consolidated the management of our membership into the Your-People Membership Management Suite

By integrating the financial side into the XERO accounting package we have manage to make significant time savings. We also use the suite to send out weekly newletters, and our members can access their information via a secure member portal.

We have no hesitation in recommending the Your-People platform to other associations!

In June 2024 we expressed the need to smart up our membership hub. Having expressed our requirements the Your-People team came up with a prototype, and after agreeing to it, they went away to implement it. They delivered the solution via one of their modules called Publisher and it is really excellent. If you need to publish webpages into your website, look no further, Publisher might well be what you need. I can already see, how this module is going to be able to allow us to update our website contents quickly and regularly from one single administrative interface. Simply Brilliant!

From engaging with Your-People we had a dedicated project manager to support us throughout the implementaiton and go live process. We chose to implement the Quickbooks intergation option which despite being potentially complex has worked out well and delivers significant time savings over our previous process. Your-People was the first provider we have had able to undertake this
